Ladies and gentleman may i introduce you to the 1 & only Cesar. Cesar is the pizza chef at Hoxton Furnace restaurant. His pizza's are my fave. Today we shall make the Fiorentina! Spinach, mozzarella and egg... :D
without no messing around we got straight to work, getting the dough ball into a nice flat pizza base babes.
