we bought ginger!!! very important ingredient! Good 4 the immune system!
& some CRAB!

as well as lots of veg, prawns, pinapple etc .! la dii daaa!
so we 1st made pudding. PINEAPPLE WITH PINK CREAM! we blendid fresh greek yoghurt, mint & darling raspberries.
THEN ON WITH MAKING MAINs! yup! on with chopppin those peppers 4 our healthy stir fry! WOOP WOOOOOP.
